17 Year Old Teen Rapper Accused In Two Killings Taken To Adult Jail:

A teenage rapper suspected in killings in Mansfield and San Antonio and who was captured by U.S. Marshals in New Jersey last month has been transferred to adult jail in Fort Worth.

Taymor Travon McIntyre, 17, known locally as the rapper “Tay-K 47,” was booked into the Tarrant County Jail on Thursday afternoon, according to court records.

Earlier Thursday, he appeared in juvenile court in Fort Worth, where a judge ordered him held in adult jail until he is certified as an adult in the Mansfield case, said Sam Jordan, spokeswoman for the Tarrant County district attorney’s office. McIntyre’s certification hearing is expected in about two weeks.

He was captured June 30, shortly after U.S. Marshals sought public assistance in finding him, describing him as a “violent” fugitive.

McIntyre was one of seven people charged in connection with the July 26, 2016, robbery and slaying of 21-year-old Ethan Walker in Mansfield.

Walker’s parents, Roberta and Richard Walker, said certification hearings were about to be held for McIntyre and another juvenile suspect in the case when the two teen boys cut off their ankle monitors in late March and reportedly fled together to San Antonio.

On March 27, the day they reportedly fled, a tweet on McIntyre’s Twitter page said: “(Expletive) dis house arrest (expletive) (expletive) 12 they gn have 2 catch me on hood.”

The Walkers said they’ve since been told — and law enforcement sources have confirmed to the Star-Telegram — that both teens are now suspects in a separate murder case in San Antonio.

San Antonio police have not provided details about the case there.

McIntyre’s Twitter page features several videos and pictures of him posing with gun, including a music video that was posted after his arrest in New Jersey. The video has more than 2 million views on YouTube.

A tweet posted from his account Thursday provided McIntyre’s inmate number and the address for the Tarrant County Jail and sought donations for the teen.
