Abuja Based Lawyer Gives Reasons - Why The Presidential broadcast was Illegal

Mr Hamid jimoh, a lawyer based in abuja described presidential broadcast by President Muhammadu Buhari as illegal.

He said it was a breach of the section 145 (1) of the constitution, which stipulate a transmission of letter to the national assembly before the president carry on with his duties.
